Basmati rice relies on nature for its very special characteristics in India, the combination of soil and climatic conditions give basmati a unique aroma and taste. When cooked, it doubles in length, each grain stays separate and the rice cooks light and fluffy.

This is grown in the fertile plains of Northern India (i.e., Punjab, Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh and Eastern Rajasthan). Basically, it is from the foothills of the Himalayas. The paddy is carefully procured with an expert eye for long grain, aromatic and premium quality from various grain markets. Then it is milled through a series of processes to obtain the finest quality of raw rice.

After the perfect procurement of the paddy, it goes through a number of sophisticated processes of parboiling to ensure that the resultant product retains all its natural aroma, slenderness, colour, grain length and nutriotional value. For this, we have a modernized parboiling unit along with imported paddy dryers.
